Shipping & Delivery

When will I receive my order?

You can expect your order to arrive within 7 to 10 business days. We’ll share a tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way. Please note, delivery times may vary depending on your location.

How soon do you dispatch orders?

We usually process and dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is shipped.

Do you ship outside India?

We’re working on it! Currently, we ship only within India. Stay tuned for updates on international delivery.

Is shipping free?

Shipping is free on all orders above ₹799. For orders below ₹799, a small shipping fee applies (same for prepaid & COD).

How do I shop on your website?

Ordering from us is quick and easy!

  1. Browse our collection and select your favourite jewellery.
  2. Choose the size/variant (if applicable) and click “Add to Cart.
  3. Go to your cart (top cart icon on website & bottom cart in mobile) and click “Checkout.”
  4. Enter your shipping details and select your preferred payment method (Prepaid or COD).
  5. Confirm your order — and you’re done! 🎉

What payment methods do you accept?

We offer multiple secure payment options for your convenience:

Online Payments (Prepaid): UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and popular Wallets.

Cash on Delivery (COD): Available with an additional COD charge.

You can choose your preferred payment method at checkout.

Do Cash on Delivery orders have extra charges?

Yes, COD orders have an additional COD charge along with the standard shipping fee.

How do I check my order status?

Yes, you can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it, or before it has been shipped—whichever comes first.

What should I do if I’m not satisfied with my order?
