🔄 How to Request a Return:

Submit your return request within 48 hours of receiving your order. 
Provide your order number, images of the product and label, and a brief reason for return.
Once approved, we’ll guide you through the return process.

💰 Refunds Based on Payment Method:

1. For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:*

Refunds are issued as store credit and can be used on your next purchase.
Refunds to bank accounts or UPI are not available for COD orders.

2. For Prepaid Orders (Card/UPI/Net Banking/Wallets):*

Refunds will be sent to your original payment method within 4–6 business days after we receive and verify the returned item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
Keep the product unused with all original tags and packaging intact.
Refunds will be adjusted if any discounts were applied to the order. Gift items are not eligible for return.

Received a wrong or damaged item? Request an exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order with an unboxing video. Product must be unused and in original packaging. No exchange without video proof.
